There’s a great selection of delicious food for meals. the location is fantastic, with a tram station just a quick walk away! 🚋.

The location in a pretty quiet area was fantastic and there were a market and boutiques nearby. Had nice dainties at Cold Rock, located close to the hotel...

Views were ugly.

The room was a good size and allowed unlimited devices. It also provided a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets. 🛁.

had a real good stay for a business trip. the restaurant was good for dinner, i tried delicious dishes. great view, the bed was extra large. its location at a medium distance from the entrance town centre was comfortable and decent. you could walk to a shopping area and boutiques.

Location was great and I liked that it was a studio as I was able to cook for myself for a few meals.

There was a weird smell in the elevator that was reminiscent of methane and I think there should be wi-fi.

This place is nicely furnished with a good-sized unit featuring a wonderfully comfy chair and a cute patio.

It is a great new facility, very comfortable, having very friendly and helpful staff. I wold like to come back soon.

Particularly good location - within walking distance of Swinburne University. Delicious breakfast, outstanding food.

The hotel was clean and had outstandingly accommodating staff. the location was marvelous, just a short walk to Beer Deluxe and Sanctuary, which are popular spots in Melbourne on weekends. It's also conveniently near arts venues and public transport, making it a great area. it was relatively close to the Entrance Heritage Walk.

Location very central to our needs. Jacob, the young man at reception was OUTSTANDING! In my opinion, the epitome of quality customer service. Jacob seemed to be problem solving a range of issues, however was able to accommodate needs professionally

Nice room with all the needed stuff and really clean. Super close to food places, including Beer Deluxe, and you can grab a tea or coffee at the nearby Jane & Co Cafe ☕.

I loved the excellent customer service - the staff were friendly and checked me into my flight and left the documentation in my room. I was happy with the styling of the room - very comfortable.

I didn't love the bathroom...the bathroom had frosted glass walls and you couldn't lock the door. It was okay for me as I was staying with my Mum, but it didn't leave too much to the imagination. I'd like to have had a more secure bathroom door.

I come from country Victoria, we decided to head to Melbourne last minute the long weekend, everything was booked out and we needed 4 rooms, quest hawthorn were fantastic in helping us last minute, the room was gorgeous and the hotel was very nice! Thanks for the great experience

When I called the mobile listed on the website a man answered by saying hello Michael speaking, perhaps a more professional response such as welcome to quest hawthorn ect ect. Also the lifts were out for a while which I understand can't be helped but there was no apology mentioned!
